SubletU reviews the listing for completeness and legitimacy.
We may follow up with questions, a request for a school email, or a quick video walkthrough.
Approved listings are manually published to the browsable cohort.
We introduce you to suitable renters so you can take it from there.

SubletU reviews submissions for completeness and basic legitimacy — we do not independently verify your lease terms, confirm you have legal authority to sublet, or guarantee the renter we introduce you to. That responsibility stays with you. Full details on our Safety page.
